Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. The short version

The tax calculator itself is a static web tool. Everything you type — income, expenses, state — is processed in your browser and never sent to our servers. We don't require accounts, and we don't sell personal data.

2. What we collect

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type) andGoogle AdSense to serve advertising. These services may place cookies and collect standard analytics data subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not collect your name, email, or tax inputs unless you choose to submit them through a contact or reminder form.

3. Calculator inputs

Your income, expenses, state, and business type never leave your browser. There is no backend, no database, and no tracking of your figures. Use the Save as PDF button to keep a copy — it's printed from your own device.

4. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for basic site operation and third-party cookies via Google Analytics and AdSense. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. Advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Contact us via the contact page and we'll respond promptly.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as our site evolves. Material changes will be noted by an updated "Last updated" date above.
